MESSAGE FROM JIM
Through my association with the Tulsa Hawks, I
have had the great privilege to coach hundreds of basketball players
at the very highest level of competition. Having participated
in tournaments from coast-to-coast, I have experienced the very best
to absolutely the worst anyone could imagine in event organization,
communication, officiating, operations, etc. Our goal at Hardwood,
is to take from the best and eliminate the errors of the worst.
Since 1998, Hardwood has continued
to strive to produce the highest quality basketball events possible…always with a personal touch. Through communication
with our many loyal coaches, fans and players, along with personal
attention to details and the needs of every team, we hope to set Hardwood
apart from the numerous other tournament choices available. We
will never farm-out the operations of any Hardwood
tournament to outside parties, always adhering to a strict company
philosophy of "Quality" over "Quantity".
I have the utmost respect for the sacrifices made
by coaches and parents in participating in youth basketball
tournaments and fully realize there are many choices for your hard
earned dollars and time. If you have not yet been a part of a Hardwood
event, I sincerely hope you will do so. I’m confident you
will quickly join our growing family of friends.
"You
can't live a perfect day without doing something
for someone who will never be able to repay you."
